Chestermere Project

On this project, we were asked to remove the builder-size deck and design a larger outdoor space for the whole family. We were able to give them a 3 season outdoor living space with a ton of character.

• Frame new deck and stairs
• Frame new roof addition complete with shingles & vaulted ceiling.
• Premium Deksmart 68mil vinyl membrane
• Stained Cedar T&G soffits complete with recessed LED pot lights and ceiling fan
• Composite fascia and stairs
• Cedar pergola & built-out cedar columns stained to match stairs
• Custom Aluminum Glass Railings and Privacy Slat Aluminum Privacy Wall
• Full In-lite lighting package
