Project Details

On this project, the existing deck was an undersized original deck that lacked functional space and comfort. We were able to provide our clients with two completely new outdoor living spaces!

  • Demo of the existing deck and concrete patio
  • New Engineered deck with flush LVL beams
  • All new gas and electrical services
  • Premium Deksmart 68mil vinyl membrane
  • Outdoor Napoleon Fireplace complete with granite cap and stone veneer
  • Infratech flush mount heaters
  • Retractable Phantom Screens
  • Acrylic stucco to match the house
  • Stained Pine T&G soffits complete with recessed LED pot lights
  • Stamped concrete patio – rustic wood plank
  • Custom aluminum ‘Two-Tier’ railing with spiral staircase
