INITIAL CONSULTATION
This is the first step towards your dream deck. We will discuss the design you have in mind for your project. If you are unsure of designs, don’t worry we can help. We will also address the size and scope of your project and make sure we offer you the proper materials to match your budget. We will then send you a detailed estimate by e-mail.

DESIGN
We will put together a design for your deck using the information from our initial consultation meeting. We will typically create a 3D rendering of your deck. This allows us to show you how specific decking materials, railings, and layouts for your deck will look. If our design meets your vision and needs, we will move on to the next phase.

DRAFTING AND PERMITS
Most deck projects require a building permit. We can supply you with the necessary drafted drawings need for permit application. If you would rather, we can manage the permit application as well. After all permits are in place, we can begin construction.

DECK INSTALLATION
Now you get to see your dream take shape. The duration of our deck builds varies from a couple of days, to weeks. This all depends on the scope of work involved in your build.

PROJECT COMPLETION
Once the construction phase is completed and the railings are installed, the deck is now ready for you to enjoy. Sundeck Solutions will ensure you are completely satisfied with your new deck build.
