The perfect curve
Sundeck Solutions is able to heat PVC & Composite deck boards using a specialty heating system. This allows us to bend the boards to apply curves and a radius on our custom deck builds.
HeatCon Blanket Technology
We use the HeatCon heat blanket system. This system is able to safely heat and bend full 20’ length boards. Most other systems can only heat 8’ length boards. This allows us to minimize the amount of butt joints on your project.
